Each cell is tested before it enters the assembly line. Grade, capacity, internal resistance. Nothing moves forward on trust.
IPG fibre-laser welding on all cell interconnections. Post-weld validation confirms contact resistance at every joint.
Full electrical, thermal, and communication verification after system integration. Before the door closes.
